Reaching your goals for health and fitness does not have to be a difficult process.
Individual differences allow some people to attain levels that they are contented with and dictate why others strive for
what often appears to be an insurmountable task. The difference is that those who "win" have built success into
everything they do by expecting to achieve what they set out to do. When something falls short of expectations, the
winner gathers the experiences into part of the overall picture. This applies to your health also.
The idea is to make it a long-term accomplishment rather than a short-term engagement. It is more difficult to obtain a
defined look in a specific time frame than it is to maintain your lifestyle to keep you looking fit. Imagine how much
easier it would be if every day you become incrementally closer to better health and physical condition. That means no
more needing to drop a couple of pounds before summer!
Over time, in the same way that others move closer to their goals, even those in the best shape would be able to
maintain that state by living each day. The result of this approach, although it may take longer, is that keeping fit is
much easier once you're there.
-->Focus on one specific goal
-->Create clear objectives to reach it
-->Be consistant
-->Remember, what you do today will often take 3 weeks or more to show...so stick with it!
Good Luck & Keep It Up!
