Well, unfortunately she probably did.
Actors (both male & female) and sports heroes have often won our confidence and many times our hearts by incredible
performances. Many of these memories make lasting impressions that go beyond the time of witnessing the
experience...and as a result can create some kind of affiliation, bond or maybe even awe of a star. And with all of the
hype-tv produced by the networks to promote personalities and their programs/movies, viewers see them almost daily.
These actors generally try to stay in good shape, with so many eyes watching & judging, and that film itself inherently
adds 10 lbs or so to the one being filmed. They eat right and have more time & money to work on looking good and
that is why they are in better shape. It is not any single product or special diet as they may tempt you to believe, while
they betray your trust and at the same time your better interests.
So why do the Celebs do it?
--> For the money. Advertisers found that sales improve when celebrities endorse products and stars are well paid for
it.
--> Agents & managers of less active stars may encourage them to take this route when the actor hasn't worked in a
while to keep or get back in the public eye.
--> Many Celebs have to keep paying for all they purchased when they were at their prime. You don't see current
basketball star, Kobe Bryant, doing some ab machine, touting that this is how he keeps his abs tight. We just
wouldn't "buy it" after watching him run a couple miles during a game the night before.
So the next time you see Suzzanne Summers, Steve Garvey, Bruce Jenner, Tommy Lasorda or the next falling
star...try not to blame them. We all got to eat. Instead of using the remote control, try walking to the TV and physically
change the channel or turn it off altogether.
It'll probably be a better workout than whatever it is they are trying to sell.

YOU have the POWER!
