Health and fitness are inherent parts of our everyday lives. If you are not concerned about your health, you know
someone who is. At some points in your life, you consider bad habits, good habits, things you should change, things
you will change, new plans, etc., often ending with mixed results that provide less than desirable outcomes.
Due to our own impatience and lack of satisfaction with the current speed of almost everything, we often imprison
ourselves with short-sightedness. Taken advantage of again by what we later find were more promises in the wind and
leaving us overwhelmed when we contemplate how long it may take and/or how much work will be required.
The easiest way of improving health and body shape is to realign some basic concepts about the need to change.
Allow each day to provide new ways to integrate fitness into your life by finding activities you enjoy doing and that don't
feel like "exercise".
How long it may take doesn't matter nearly as much when you decide that each day you are creating improvements
that are building on previous days, which soon become weeks, months, etc..... How much work it will take is easier to
accept when you reconsider what you are doing for exercise.
Methods that allow enjoyment or adventure from an activity are endless when reinforced by the desire to get something
from them besides a workout.
Remember:
YOU have the POWER!
