...rapid weight loss isn't a good idea. You need to start doing the right things. Eating small meals and doing some cardiovascular exercise and eventually the weight will come off. There isn't any magical way to drop pounds of fat overnight.......the best advice would be to get serious about your health, stop eating junk food and start doing some research on proper ways to eat and exercise. You are on the right track by posting a message on a message board...the internet has a wealth of information on how to lose weight.....there are some pretty sharp people out there that can help you.
