I have a copy of the diet it is as follows:
Monday.breakfast: grapefruit, 3 eggs,coffee or black tea.
Lunch:3 eggs, tomatoes,black coffe or tea.
Dinner:3 eggs ,combo salad, 1 piece dry toast.
Tuesday:B/fast:1-2 eggs,coffee or tea
BREAKFAST THE SAME FOR NEXT 5 DAYS.
Lunch: grapefruit, 1-2 eggs,coffe or tea.
Dinner: steak ,toms , cucumber,1 piece dry toast, coffee or tea
Wednesday:Lunch :1-2 eggs,spinach,coffee or tea
Dinner: 2 lamb chops, celery,toms, cucumber, coffee or tea.
Thursday: Lunch: combo salad, grapefruit, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 1-2 eggs, spinach ,1 piece dry toast,cottege cheese,coffee or tea
Friday: Lunch: 1-2 eggs, spinach ,coffee or tea
Dinner:fish (not fried), combo salad,1 piece dry toast,coffee or tea
Saturday: Lunch: large fruit salad (eat till full) NO COFFEE OR TEA
Dinner:Large steak (all you can eat),celery,toms ,cue,,coffee or tea
Sunday: Lunch: cold chicken,toms,grapefruit,coffee or tea.Dinner: cold chicken, vegetable salad, toms,cooked cabbage,coffee or teaDiet for two weeks at the most.Loss in wieght 20 lbs. NO sugar ,cream or milk to be taken. Saccarine only if absolutely necessary.
It is important to eat exactly what is given as during this diet the body undergoes a complete upheval of vitamins which are essential for success. Eat as much as you like ecept where the quantities are stated, don't omit any one thing.When in doubt use your intelligence and imagination.
