Hey riz I never heard of a model who wants to gain wieght you are the first.Now you probably won't like this but you can't pack on 15 pound fast even if it was all fat and water which i am sure won't look good on you since you are a tall model right.Also your body will never be able to digest 800 calories at one time,don't even try it you will get sick.Since you want to gain 15 pounds you will want muscle not fat,don't worry you won't look like no muscle man.You will have to do some weight training.I know this is a shock don't worry you will still be beautiful.Go lifting 3 or 4 days a week hit your major muscle groups,keep your reps in the 8 to 12 range to keep you toned but to put on muscle.Don't over do it and let your body heal mor isn't better.Now for your diet.Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day each with a carb and protein.It will help you put on weight but not fat trust me.Also drink plenty of water all day like 8 glasses.For your protein eat clean like chicken,tuna,milk,peanut butter,yogert.For carbs eat complex carbs they burn slower,like baked potatoes,rice,yams,wheatbread,oatmeal.If you have money to spend buy a multi vitamin/mineral and try a mealreplacement shake a couple times a day.Try Myoplex Lite by EAS it is in GNC stores.It is for women and is perfect to help you gain some muscle.You can do some running or biking a couple times a week to it will help keep you toned.If you need help on the workouts,exercises,or nutrtion plans just write me.hope that helped.
