I am 17yr old white female that is doing some modeling,i am 5'9 1/2" and weigh only 123lbs. i try to gain weight but i can't for one i am genetically small and i have a really high matabolism. i would like to gain 15lbs and in a hurry! I dont want any of that cretine or muscle building stuff i just want some high calorie, carbohydrates, and protein stuff that will make me gain weight not build bulk! Someone help me!
