At that serving size, it doesn't really matter what liquid you add; you're not possibly going to be able to use that many extra calories, certainly not at once.
Why don't you break that "serving" up into two, three, or even four smaller servings, spaced out throughout the day? You'll be much more likely to succeed, and you'll be able to eat your next regular meal. I doubt you can eat a regular meal within a couple of hours of drinking that monster drink.
