okay, if u wanna trim your lower abs u dont have to do neck cramping sit up. all i do is lay on my back and do the biking movements, it works your lower ab, your lower sides, and its great for the legs too. i do that for about 15 minutes and im still working my way up. u will feel the burn after a while. but thats the best part! stick to it, it might take a little while to show major results but u will feel a lot better after the excercise
