I think you are on the same program I am. What you are doing will work! I am 30 yrs old. I am about 3/4 the way thru my process and on it for the last 4 mths. My goal is by August 30th/01 to have a 6 pack. It is coming. I do my own regiment 20-30 min jog 4-5 times /wk or supplement w/ MTN biking or hiking 1-2 times weekly, Jiu-Jitsu 1-2 times per week. Diet: Tuna, Salad, rice 1-2 times, no pasta (CARBS turn to FAT if you do not use the day after), No fast food at all, no fried food, NO SOFT DRINKS, No sugar drinks, Fruit, steak 1-2 times a MONTH, my protein is derived from TOFU & SOYA BEAN milk (muscle builder). I have dropped in the last 4 mths approx 20-25 lbs. I cannot stress the importance of a Healthy DIET (not dieting) and CARDIO, & LIGHT LOW STRESS weight training, consistency required 6 times per week. Allow yourself a CHEAT day per week after hard cardio if you want. No supplements for me. All natural foods!!! Keep it up and you will see. My friend who is cut stated it bluntly,"when you were a kid you didn't get fat because you were always actively doing something all the time." So now we are adults it is hard to find time. We just have to make time. Keep it up dude!
