i know that running is supposed to increase
metablolism. If you start a running program
and keep your normial diet, or even cut a
few calories, can you actually burn enough
calories running to make your body think it
is starving and slow the metablosim? I have
watching my diet-- eating every few hours-
very low fat- low calories- fruit for snaks
all that kind of stuff-- and i have been
running 3-4 very fast miles a day-- usually
each mile in about 6 min-- i was losing
weight but now i am gaining-- my circumfrance
messurments have not changed much at all so i do
think i am gainning muscle-- what does this
mean and what can i do to start lossing fat
again?
