Yes, Hello Jon:the workouts schedule i recommended would involve hitting the muscle groups at least 2 times a week, for the full 10-12 weeks.
--mix up the lower and upper bodies, sometimes only legs and other times do 1 group of legs (quads, hams, calves, glutes,) each day while targeting 2 upperbody groups.
--push one day, pull the next is fine... but do not get caught up in this type of thinking either.Good luck and glad to help!
