peopleYou need to do some cardio work (e.g. running) to burn fat, eat nutritiosly, not diet, eat nutritious food, and also crunches and reverse crunches to build your abs. To do crunches but your legs at a 90 degree angle on a bench or something with your back on the floor and your hands behind your head and draw your shoulders up toward your hips "crunching up" to about a 45 degree angle. To do reverse crunches lie on a bench and grip the sides of it beside your head and bend your nees then bring them up to your elbows and back down. do 2-3 sets with 20=30 reps each, don't stop until your abs burn too much to do the exercise completely. Be patient and work hard, and you can have a defined stomach. Hope this helps you just have to get off your asses.
