I couldn't find anything on Power House Gyms. Their web site is under construction at the moment.

World Gym: go here http://gym.701.com/go/menu and click on the franchising button at the top middle of the screen - the one on the left doesn't work.

I know that California Fitness is looking to expand (they are a spin-off of 24 hour fitness in California), but I'm not sure how they go about. You can log on to http://www.24hourfitness.com and e-mail them and maybe they'll be able to tell you something.
